Beachwood is a somewhat small city located in the state of Ohio. With a population of 11,844 people and three constituent neighborhoods, Beachwood is the 152nd largest community in Ohio.

 

Beachwood home prices are not only among the most expensive in Ohio, but Beachwood real estate also consistently ranks among the most expensive in America.

 

Beachwood is a decidedly white-collar city, with fully 97.06% of the workforce employed in white-collar jobs, well above the national average. Overall, Beachwood is a city of professionals, sales and office workers and managers. There are especially a lot of people living in Beachwood who work in management occupations (16.97%), sales jobs (15.47%) and healthcare (11.96%).
